Environmental law issues often arise in the context of our representation of clients engaged in commercial and residential real estate matters. Our environmental law group works closely with our other practice groups to identify and address a wide range of environmental issues requiring compliance consultation, remediation assistance, and litigation services. We counsel our clients on the environmental and legal risks associated with real property transactions, including identification of ongoing and/or dormant environmental issues, and mitigation of the same.

We routinely represent clients before federal, state and local agencies in connection with environmental matters and coordinate with environmental consultants to achieve our clients’ objectives.
