Our real estate practice is as diverse and multifaceted as the clients we serve. We represent local, national and international purchasers, sellers, lessors, lessees, lenders, borrowers, developers and contractors through all stages of the commercial and residential real estate cycle, including feasibility assessment, acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing, land use, zoning, environmental due diligence and remediation, contract drafting and negotiation, construction, management, and operation. Several of our firm’s other practice areas are integrated into our real estate group, which enables us to provide a cohesive and comprehensive approach to real estate matters.

We regularly counsel and represent clients in connection with sophisticated transactions that require operating and investment company formations, joint venture, partnership and limited liability agreements, shareholder agreements, and related documentation.
