For 3 decades, our firm has been at the forefront of the region’s telecommunications practice and represents the largest wireless telecommunications company in the nation, as well as certain communications infrastructure companies. Our telecommunications practice group attorneys are well versed in the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (TCA) and accompanying body of federal law and declaratory rulings by the Federal Communications Commission. We have an advanced level of experience with the zoning, permitting, and real property acquisition requirements for building and operating telecommunications facilities in this area, which is among the country’s busiest and most competitive wireless markets.

Our telecommunications background and experience allows us to effectively assist our clients in navigating highly regulated, complex and legally challenging jurisdictional requirements, in order to obtain the permits and discretionary approvals necessary to build, modify and expand their communications facilities. We provide a full scope of services from the inception through the completion of projects, including preparing site and zoning feasibility assessments, conducting title and environmental due diligence, processing and managing applications and conducting presentations at public hearings. Our attorneys are also experienced in drafting and negotiating the unique licenses, leases, access agreements and easements required for telecommunications facilities, while our litigation department is well-versed in this distinct practice area as well.

Finally, as a result of our long-standing relationships with prominent engineers, architects, environmental consultants, appraisers and radio frequency engineers, we are able to provide our telecommunications clients with the necessary comprehensive support to facilitate their dynamic needs in the expansion, maintenance and upgrade of their networks.
